Light-filled, warm and effortlessly inviting,  the new Mosaic Beer Garden will bring a fresh, modern take on outdoor hospitality. Designed by Studio Nine, the same award-winning team behind the Mosaic Hotel’s 2023 transformation, this new space will blend contemporary architecture with the relaxed, coastal feel of West Lakes.

Think timber tones, soft natural light, generous greenery and open-air awnings that shift seamlessly with the seasons. A place that feels breezy on warm days, cosy during footy season, and always perfect for catching up with friends.
